MANILA – The Philippine Abroad Employment Administration (POEA) on Tuesday mentioned it has prolonged the deadline for the submission of monitoring experiences within the Abroad Filipino Employees (OFW) Welfare Monitoring System (OWMS) by Philippine Recruitment Businesses (PRAs) and Licensed Manning Businesses (LMAs) till April 30.
